Curaçao shop is an online marketplace platform that connects customers with local merchants in Curaçao. We facilitate ordering and delivery services but do not directly sell products.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person or business entity

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to merchant availability and acceptance
• Prices include applicable taxes and fees
• Payment is processed securely through our platform
• Delivery fees apply based on your location and order value

4. Delivery & Fulfillment

• Delivery times are estimates provided by merchants
• We coordinate delivery but are not directly responsible for delays
• You must be available to receive your order during the estimated delivery window
• Additional delivery attempts may incur fees

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement
• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days
• Product quality issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our platform for any illegal activities, to place fraudulent orders, or to abuse our merchants or delivery personnel.

7. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We only share necessary information with merchants to fulfill your orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

Curacao-shop acts as an intermediary between customers and merchants. We are not liable for product quality, merchant actions, or delivery issues beyond our direct control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Curaçao.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
