Shipping & Export Rules▾
1. Choosing a Shipping Carrier
- Sellers choose the carrier per order.
- Recommended:
- Local Curaçao: local courier
- EU/US < 2kg: postal/economy
- EU/US larger or urgent: DHL/UPS/FedEx
2. Shipping Costs
- Sellers set shipping prices.
- Platform commission does not apply to shipping.
3. Taxes & Import Duties
- Platform does not collect foreign VAT or customs.
- Buyers may pay VAT/duties on delivery.
4. Export Compliance
- Seller is responsible for customs declarations and legality.
- Platform is not exporter of record.
5. Export Availability
- Products must be marked export-allowed (EU / US flags).
- Non-exportable products are local-only.
6. Seller Status
- Non-registered sellers are allowed.
- Seller remains responsible for customs compliance.
7. Platform Commission
- 12% commission on product price only.
